.1. First, set-up your Summary file display to show only the Item #, Item Desc, Size, and Qty columns, in that order. Manipulating a file's display is described in the Estimating Help (File topic).
2. Select
File > Print
Preview. or .
3. The Print Report window will display. This window controls the view and items that will be included in this report. Make your selections and click OK.
4. The
Print Preview will appear. Select the 
button or File >> Print
to print the Summary file items.
5. A standard Windows Print options window displays. Make any appropriate selections in the Windows Print display before selecting OK in that display. The report is printed to the selected printer. The report will be printed exactly how the SFM window configured--with only the columns that were set-up and including only the selected level.
