The grid can be set up to display only those column headings that are important to you.
Note: Some grids include scroll bars at the bottom or along the right side. A horizontal scroll bar along the bottom of a grid allows scrolling to the right (and then back to the left) to view more columns. The vertical scroll bar on the right allows scrolling down (and then back up) to see more rows.
What if you don't want to see all of those columns? What if you would like to see other columns instead? The answers to these questions are in the Customize Columns function.
Access the Grid Column Menu (for how to access this
menu, see Grid Column Menu) and select
Customize
Columns. A new window displays, titled Customize, with a
menu of column headings.
These are additional column headings that aren't already
included in the grid.
Removing and adding column headings is as easy as dragging them off of the grid onto the Customize menu or dragging them off of the Customize menu onto the grid.
