if you are not there already.

Views tab from the Takeoff
Tools Panel.
- Click Start
Capture and then hold down the right mouse button and drag
the mouse, making a square around the area you wish to capture.
- When finished, release the
mouse to complete your selection.
- Give your custom view or
new sheet a name by typing it in the Enter
View Name field.
- Click the appropriate save
option, click:
- Save to save the view as a view
- View to open
your new view in a separate window where you can zoom in to make
sure you have the view you want with all the needed sections
- Add Sheet to save the view as
a new sheet. See Create
a New Sheet from Custom Views.
Your new custom view will be listed in the Saved
Views box. You can display your active view by highlighting it
and clicking View. It appears
in a floating window.
You can create views on sheets that already have
annotations, but the annotations are NOT copied into the view.
To keep your floating custom image on top of your
Sheet image at all times, activate the Always
on Top option located at the top of the floating window. You
can also zoom in or out of you custom image by using the zoom bar,
located on the left of the floating image window.
