Importing Harrison Items into Databook

The following procedure is for importing new Item information received via the Harrison 2010 Integration tool directly into your Databook.  To update your existing Items with Harrison 2010 price updates, refer to the Price Update Procedure.

1. Open your Databook by selecting Data > Databook.

2. Browse to the Category and Key that you wish to insert the imported Items.

3. Right-click on the list of Databook Items (on the right side of the window) and select Import From Harrison.

4. Select a Price Update File that you have received using the Harrison 2010 Integration tool.  
   
   
    

5. Click Open.  The Import Items from Harrison Price Update File window will display.  This window allows you to choose which Items you wish to insert to Databook.  The Items are organized by Item Code.
   
   
    

6. Select the Item data you wish to import into Databook.  Expanding an Item Code using the + button will allow you to view and select individual records.
   
   

7. Click OK; your selected Items will be imported into Databook.

Note:  If an Item record is grey, it indicates that the Size entry for that record is not recognized as a valid item size by Databook. If you select an invalid item to be imported, it will be added to the Special Sizes file in Databook.
