Company Locations allows you to set up your company name, address, phone numbers, etc. and these can all be set up for more than one company location. From here, you can also send e-mail to another company location or access your Internet web page. The Company Locations will appear on reports as headings, in forms for delivery location, etc.
Company Locations is accessed by selecting File > Maintenance > Common > Company Locations.
set the currently selected
location as the default location. The default location is what will be
used, for example in the Materials Management plug-in, as the location
that will automatically be selected for your company when a purchase order
is created. The default location is automatically placed at the top of
the Company Locations display.
Note: The first company location that you add is automatically set as the default.
