This function is
used to modify a Header or an Item. Highlight the Item you want to modify,
select Edit Itemor double-click
on the item. The editing window that displays is different for a Header
and for a regular Item.

Saves changes
to the current item and moves to the previous Item.

When you have completed
all of the fields you want to change, select OK
to save the changes. If you have modified a Header Item, the program prompts
Are you sure that
you want to update this record? If you answer No,
the program returns to the editing window for you to make further changes
or corrections; [Yes] and the program displays the Header Update Options
window box.
Select the options that you would like update for allitems within this header. Select Begin Update to proceed with the updating of the items. Cancel Update returns to the editing window without updating the items.
Returns to the Items
page without saving any changes you may have made.
