You can use this function to add a Category. You can build the Category "from scratch," adding your own headers and items or you can import a Category from another data set.
When you select Add Category the Add a New Category window displays.
This window shows the available "slots" (or sequence numbers). These are the positions that do not yet contain a Category description. The Available number is the maximum number of new items that can be added to the data set. The Electrical program is limited to 60,000 items per data set.
Choose the slot where you want the new Category positioned.
Type a Category name in the Description field.
Select OK (if you select Cancel the process is aborted and the Categories page returns). The new category now appears in the Categories list.
