When you have questions about your Viewpoint software or experience difficulties, you can get the help you need from the Viewpoint Customer Support Team.

Preparation is the most important success factor for resolving your support issue quickly. Customers who can clearly identify the nature of their problem and who are able to fully describe the conditions under which a problem occurs usually get a quick resolution to their problem. The more uncertainty you can eliminate, the better we will be able to zero in on what it will take to remedy your situation.

The fastest and best help is often what you can find for yourself. Viewpoint is committed to providing the best self-service tools, such as contextual online Help in the products and self-service tools on ClearView. Try checking these resources first.

Once you have determined that you need to open a support case, click Request Support on the ClearView Home page. New cases submitted through ClearView receive priority in our support queues. This is the quickest way to communicate your needs to the support team. When you open a support case, be sure to enter as much information as possible about your issue. Be prepared to describe the steps that led to the issue and provide any supporting information, such as reports or related issues, as well as any steps you have already taken to try to correct the issue.

Don't forget to plan ahead for major events like closing periods or computing environment changes and work with the support team to schedule the help you may need.
