Editing Phases

All of the menu selections and tool bar buttons are standard throughout File Maintenance. See the File topic of the Estimating Help for explanations.

To add or edit a Phase, highlight its line first. Then, there are several ways to access the editing display:

Select Edit > Edit
Right-click the mouse and select Edit Item.

The Edit Phase window displays.

The Edit Phase window is very basic, consisting of only two entry fields: Code and Description.

CODE: Abbreviated insulation code for tracking Estimates.

DESCRIPTION: This is the full version of the Code.

If you are adding a Phase, the Edit field is blank when first accessed.
