The Notepad in Digital Takeoff is a Summary-like application you can use to organize quantities and items in a very basic spreadsheet format. Each row in the Notepad has a Type, Section Number, Takeoff ID, Item Description, Quantity, Unit of Measure, Number of Segments, Drop Length, Sheet, Reference, and Comment column.
You can enter Notepad mode by clicking the icon on the Main Toolbar.
