Editing a Fabricated Subtotal

To edit a value in the Fabricated Subtotal, use the primary mouse button on the area that you want to edit and type in the information that you want.

In some instances when you click on a field in the grid, a will appear.

In the tree, you can also edit the Category or Key by clicking the mouse in place you want to edit and using the .

If you want to edit the Category or Key in the Fabricated Subtotal Header, right-click the mouse on the Fabricated Subtotal Header. The edit window will appear.

HEADER: The number assigned to the header in numerical order.

CATEGORY: Category of the fabricated subtotal.

KEY: Key of the fabricated subtotal.

Note: You can also edit the Fab Subtotal Header by clicking on a Category or Key in the tree and clicking the mouse in the place you want to edit and using the .

All of the settings for an individual key can be set at once by right-clicking and choosingEdit Item.

The “Edit Fabricated Subtotals” window will open, allowing you to adjust all of the setting for the key at once. Use the  button and select the subtotal from the drop down list.
