Note: All of the menu selections and tool bar buttons are standard throughout File Maintenance. See the File topic of the Estimating Help for explanations.
You can add or edit a Level here. To add or edit a Level, highlight its line first. Then, there are several ways to access the editing display:
· Select Edit > Edit
· Right-click the mouse and select Edit Item.
The Level Edit window displays.
LEVEL: The Level number assigned to the open Level.
ID: Abbreviated ID number.
DESCRIPTION: The full description of the ID.
COMMENT: Here, you can enter any further information about the Level Type. Comments can be viewed in the grid by displaying the Comments column (see Customizing Columns in the Databook topic).
MULTIPLIER: Multiplies the level with whatever value is entered here.
LEVEL FACTORS: Allows you to edit the following level factors: Material, Field, Shop, UserDef1, and Linear Ft.
