icon in the toolbar to open the Category Rankings window. Category Rankings can also be found using Edit from the toolbar, then scroll down to and select Edit Category Rankings.
Ranking allows you to reorganize the order in which the categories are displayed in the list boxes.
From the main Takeoff screen, select the icon in the toolbar to open the Category Rankings window. Category Rankings can also be found using Edit from the toolbar, then scroll down to and select Edit Category Rankings.
Select .
The Category Rankings window will open for your current Data Set.
Edit the list as necessary by:
highlight an item and drag it to its new location, or
highlight an item and then select one of the options on the right (Up 100, Up 10, Down 10, or Down 100)
Note: You can select more than one line item by holding the Shift or Ctrl keys down while making your selections.
If you want to save the new ranking as your default, select Save as Defaults.
Use Load Defaults to revert to your previous rankings.
Use Data Set Order to re-order the rankings as they are in the Databook.
When finished editing your rankings, select OK to save your changes and close the window.
Click Close to exit the Category Rankings window without saving any changes.
