You will want to set all of the options used by all MEP Estimation plug-ins including the PowerPad configuration, your Company Locations, Users, and more. These should be set before you begin using any of the Estimation plug-ins. Once set, they will not likely have to be changed again, unless you change hardware and software configurations.
These instructions assume you have just loaded Estimating and that you are familiar with the basic features of the program.
Before using any of the Estimating plug-ins you must first set the options that will control the program. These are accessed by selecting File > Maintenance and File > Options.
