The Note Library lets you organize and store notes.
To add a category to the note library, select Add. The New Note Category window will open.
Type in the name of the category and click OK. The category will appear in the upper window.
To edit the category, highlight the name and select Edit, the Edit Note Category window will open. When finished, select OK.
To delete a category, highlight the name and select Delete.
WARNING: Deleting a note category will also delete any notes that it contains.
After a note category has been made, notes can be added to it.
To add a note, select a note category and select Add in the lower window. The New Note window opens.
Type in the Name and Note Text fields, then select OK. The note will then be added to the lower window.
Select Edit to open the Edit Note window, which has the same fields and functions as the New Note window.
To delete a note highlight it and select Delete.
When finished adding Notes, click OK to exit the Note Library.
