the Summary toolbar. A window will open, asking where you would
like to save the XML file.When your Bid Export Report is ready to be exported
to the XML file, go to File > Create Bid
File or select from
the Summary toolbar. A window will open, asking where you would
like to save the XML file.
In addition, there are two options for this export:
Always save bid files to this directory: This option will set the chosen directory as the default location for future exports.
Launch Bid Proposal: This option will launch the Management Suite, if it is installed, after creating the XML file.
